~~What I am seeing~~
Each day with have been active counting by clapping hands,throwing balls,stepping
Singing lots of counting songs...I have been so amazed at the awakening awareness
within the children of how the four processes work and the ideas they come up with.
To me it is so precious to be a part of this and to give them the space and time
to express themselves in the ways they are inspired to.............................
Even if that means doing learning dressed as a witch and knight
to me this is a true childhood..................................................

Our Circletime has been very active with lots of animal actions
and sounds..........................................

The barnyard dance is about to begin

crow with the rooster in the early morning
bow to your partner
wave hello
clap your hands and tap your toe
pick the apples
milk the cow
hoe the weeds and push the plow
the barnyard dance has come to an end



The cow in the barn goes moo mo0o mooo
the pig in the pen goes oink oink oink
the hens in the coop go cluck cluck cluck
the lambs on the hill go baaa baa baaa
the ducks on the pond go quack quack quack

St Francis

We read Stories about St Francis..........
Made a special place for him in our learning area.
We are going to build a shrine out in the garden
to bring his energy to our home
and fill it with bird seed to feed animals
which are hungry.....
It has been a special time................

~~Easter Time~~

Easter Time.....It is really nice in the playroom and seasons altar to have a celebration
which is magical in between the changes of seasons...
It allows things and the focus to gently flow from one to another
which is so important in the children`s days...............
So we say goodbye to Summer and await Autumn with the Magical
Celebration of Easter at their crossing where the Easter Bunny
comes and leaves gifts of new life.............................
It is a beautiful way to walk into Autumn while feeling the presence of Winter
on its way and our time of turning inwards...which has lead to Easter being
a time of reflection and thankfullness for all that has come and crossed our paths.....
With homeschooling to me truly living family life and enjoying this magical time
with my children it is a journey of many paths and growing with lots of situations
to learn through and change where needed Easter is a gateway for the seasons
which follow..............................

Flying High In The Sky

A Boy`s Dream Place of Fascination.............

There we are at home...
we hear planes roaring in the sky......What `s That?????
Look it`s planes in the sky and that was the beginning.....
Which led to instant plane making and then to an Adventure
to the Aviation Museum.......
